Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframe

You may return your MARÉM purchase in full or in part within 14 days of receiving your online order.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, new condition:
  • All attached tags, labels, and protective stickers must be intact and undamaged.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or any alteration (including contact with deodorant, perfume, etc.).
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@marem.studio. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care items
If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please follow these steps:
  1. Initiate a return for your current item as described below.
  2. Once the return is processed and refunded, place a new order for the desired item on our website.
This is the fastest and most reliable method.


6. Refund Process

  • Notification: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return package, and inform you of the approval status.
  • Processing Time: Upon approval, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery orders). It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account or on your credit card statement—this timeframe depends on your financial institution's processing times.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued only as store credit (points) to the customer's account for use in future purchases.


7. How to Initiate an Online Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at service@marem.studio.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship the Package: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address using the designated label.
Important: Packages sent back without prior authorization and a valid return instruction from us will not be accepted.
